Take part in the survey “How do you imagine the CRTTT in 2025?”

The first session of the extensive Fabricademy course, an interdisciplinary professional program

The future of the Eurecat CRTTT project depends on consolidating the center as a hub for attracting innovative companies in the textile sector. We are committed to an ambitious project that brings value to both the companies in the sector and the country. To shape this vision, we are developing a strategic plan with various actions to be implemented in the near future.

As a key player in the textile value chain, we want to share the outcomes of the working session “How do you imagine the CRTTT in 2025?” where participants collaboratively developed future proposals for the Textile Research and Technology Transfer Center (CRTTT – Escola de Teixits – Eurecat Canet).

Through the Reimagine Textile project, we have worked to present the conclusions of the working session “How do you imagine the CRTTT in 2025?” in a clear and visual way. The session was held in groups, identifying and grouping the proposals that generated the most interest among the companies and organizations that actively participated. The results detail content, services, and impacts in the areas of the business ecosystem, the community, and the territory.

See the results report below:

On the other hand, we invite you to take part in a quick questionnaire that will allow us to validate the conclusions presented—either by confirming your position if you actively participated in the joint working session or by sharing your opinion if you were unable to attend.

About the CRTTT-EURECAT: Research Center for Textile Technology of Canet de Mar

The Textile Research and Technology Transfer Center (CRTTT) is part of the functional fabrics department, with its main focus on research and advanced technical training in textiles. A team of engineers and technicians carries out applied research projects based on extensive and in-depth knowledge of textile technology and long-standing experience in training and advising companies. In collaboration with Eurecat, the CRTTT develops textile solutions for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, medical, and fashion, among others.

Since 1933, its textile testing laboratory has offered a wide range of tests on fibers and yarns, fabrics, finishing and fastness, as well as PPE for medical use.
